Perform a Lon replace on the device. Performing the replace will restart the device so make sure it is okay for the outputs to cycle.
1. Go into the Lon device manager view of the station.
2. Highlight the device with the issue
3. Click on the replace button - you will see a job status similar to the commission job.
4. Make sure the replace job finishes successfully and check the Lon data.
